Here, where the Frankfurt doctor Heinrich Hoffmann wrote the world-famous „Struwwelpeter“ for his son in 1844, modern ophthalmology today meets a unique ambience. The composer Engelbert Humperdinck also conceived his fairytale opera „Hansel and Gretel“ in the same rooms. This inspiring atmosphere creates a place of peace and trust, where we take the greatest care of your eye health.

Many serious eye diseases irreversibly damage the optic nerve or retina before you notice any symptoms. Around 280 diseases can be detected by examining the back of the eye – including high blood pressure and diabetes. Regular check-ups protect your vision in the long term. If desired, we can perform the examination without dilating drops: You'll have certainty in 45 minutes – after which you can immediately return to work and drive.

Use the Bus route 75 and get off at the stop Eppsteiner Straße From there, it's only about a 2-3 minute walk (approx. 200 meters) along Grüneburgweg to the practice at the corner of Liebigstraße. Alternatively, you can use the bus stop. University Campus Westend to use.
By subway (U6 / U7):
Drive to the station Westend. Take the exit towards Feuerbachstraße/Liebigstraße. If you follow Liebigstraße straight ahead to the north, you will walk directly towards Villa Westend on Grüneburgweg (approx. 7-minute walk).
